Susan is a professionally qualified and registered psychodynamic and CBT therapist with experience working both privately and within the NHS, most recently in an IAPT service providing CBT for adults experiencing anxiety and depression. She is a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies.

Susan offers a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to work through the many adverse and challenging situations that life offers up.  She provides psychodynamic, integrative and CBT therapy and has experience in ‘third-wave’ therapies such as Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which she often uses within her work to develop self-improvement and wellbeing.   CBT treatment is recommended by the National Institute of Health & Care Excellence to teach coping strategies to deal with negative feelings and behaviours.

Susan can help with most problems and in particular depression and anxiety disorders such as OCD, PTSD, health or social anxiety, panic, phobias, perinatal anxiety and post-natal depression, performance anxiety and work-related stress.
