Kae is a qualified Integrative therapist, tailoring her approach to suit each individual client and incorporating various therapeutic models including CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy and Psychodynamic counselling. She has a person-centred, relational approach to the way she works, encouraging openness, autonomy and self-compassion.

Kae works with a range of issues including stress, work-life balance, addiction, anxiety, depression, shame and relationship difficulties. She is a specialist in counselling people with disordered eating and body image concerns.

Kae has over 10 years experience of working in mental health – in charities, corporates and within the NHS. She has worked with individuals and groups.
