Julie is a person-centred counsellor working with adults with a variety of issues. She has a particular interest in bereavement/loss, work stress and the impact of redundancy/organisational change. She works with individuals with a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, stress and depression; and offers space and a non-judgemental environment for them to work through their feelings, identify patterns of behaviour and modify them if required.

Julie has worked for over 30 years in the City of London in a variety of senior roles in Human Resources, including senior experience in law firms. This gives her a unique skill set and an insight into how work and organisational stress can impact on individual wellbeing.

Although working to a person-centred model, Julie will integrate other approaches where it will be of benefit to the client. She uses a range of techniques in a way that’s right for the client.
