BIOGRAPHY

Karen qualified as a solicitor specialising in employment law. She practised in a City law firm, in-house with a major plc and co-founded Graham Gill, a leading legal search and recruitment company, where she was a Director for 18 years. She also has wide ranging knowledge and experience of the voluntary sector. Karen has extensive knowledge of the legal marketplace and job search strategies as well as practical experience in setting up and growing a start-up enterprise. 

She enables clients to gain a strong sense of self, and to identify talents, motivations and skills, and also to establish goals to manage their careers effectively, not just for now but also in the much longer term. 

Karen has worked with professionals at all levels. She has made her own career changes from lawyer to entrepreneur to career coach and also works as a Samaritan in her spare time.
