BIOGRAPHY

Julian graduated from Durham University, is a qualified coach and has a postgraduate Diploma in HR Management. He has extensive experience of the legal sector having held the position of Global Head of Performance, Learning and Development at Allen & Overy LLP and has worked as a consultant and coach for a number of leading law firms. Julian also worked as a Director and consultant in other organisations such as PwC, Hewlett Packard, Virgin, Merrill Lynch and Bloomsbury Health Authority. 

Julian works with individuals to improve their performance, manage transition, and develop their career path with purpose. His challenging and intuitive style helps people take responsibility and develop their own strategies for personal and commercial success. He also works with organisations to develop training strategies and development programmes to ensure businesses are prepared for future change with the right skills in place.
