BIOGRAPHY

Jayne graduated from Durham University in Modern Languages and is a Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She has a postgraduate Diploma in Career Coaching and Consultancy from Birkbeck College, is an accredited coach through the Academy of Executive Coaching and is trained in psychometric assessment. 

Jayne spent a number of years in generalist HR roles including 15 years in the legal and professional services sectors, including time at Allen & Overy. Her experience covered recruitment, employee development, assessment and appraisal.

She has an interest in working with individuals in the management of their career strategies and enjoys helping them develop confidence and insight, supporting them in the establishment of new goals and direction. She is particularly experienced in helping with career change, start-up strategies and business planning. Jayne is co-founder and Director of PCP and has worked with partners and lawyers from many City firms.
