This programme is designed for people reviewing their careers and transitioning into new organisations, whether in the same sector or somewhere different. We help by providing focus, assessing options and strategies and producing action plans to help you move forward in a positive and confident way. We act as an impartial, confidential and knowledgeable sounding board in any career discussion, helping you with reality testing and exploring career options that might be open to you.
WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE?
Our programmes consist of one-to-one sessions with an experienced consultant who will work around your specific needs, will evaluate the challenges you are facing and provide a safe and supportive place for you to discuss issues and formulate a strategy for your future career. Key elements are skills assessment, using tailored exercises and psychometrics where appropriate, interview coaching, CV assistance, coaching in networking, career analysis, self-marketing and preparation of a job search strategy.
